Drug & Alcohol Testing
Yes. We provide DOT-compliant urine drug tests, breath alcohol testing, and post-accident services.
- Instant tests: same day
- Lab-based urine tests: 2–4 business days
- Hair tests: 3–6 business days
- Oral fluid tests: 2–4 business days
- A valid photo ID
- Employer authorization (if applicable)
Yes. We offer confidential personal testing with no referral needed.
Diagnostic Lab & Wellness Testing
Yes. We collect and process labs for doctor-ordered tests.
Yes. We offer self-pay wellness panels, titers, and diagnostic tests.
Most bloodwork returns in 2–4 business days, depending on the test and lab volume.
Yes — PPD (skin test), QuantiFERON, and T-Spot.
Yes — Hepatitis B, Varicella, and MMR.
DNA Testing
Yes. We offer court-admissible and personal DNA testing.
No. Testing can be scheduled separately for each person.
- Most DNA results return in 3–6 business days, depending on the test.

Occupational Health Services
Yes — all occupational health services are available in-clinic.
Yes. Physicals can be scheduled based on employer or program requirements.

Pearson VUE Testing Center
All Pearson VUE exams must be scheduled directly at www.pearsonvue.com.
No. All scheduling is handled through Pearson’s website.
- A valid government-issued ID
- Any required authorization documents
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
CPR, BLS & Instructor Training
You can register online or call the office for scheduling.
Yes — Instructor courses are available and include digital badges.
Yes. Students receive an American Heart Association eCard after completing the class.
Payments, Insurance & Policies
Most services are self-pay with affordable pricing.
Cash, debit, credit card, HSA/FSA cards, and employer invoicing.
- Refunds vary by service. CPR classes require 24-hour cancellation notice.
