Testing & Appointments
Most visits take 15–30 minutes, depending on the service provided.
Please bring:

Any required paperwork or employer forms (if applicable)
Payment method
- Test results are processed by certified laboratory partners and provided according to the laboratory’s reporting procedures.
Results may be released directly to the client, employer, or authorized provider as applicable.
Yes. We offer confidential personal testing with no referral needed.
Diagnostic Lab & Wellness Testing
No. Workforce Pro Lab Screening provides specimen collection and laboratory screening services only.
We do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Clients are referred to licensed healthcare providers for medical follow-up when needed.
Yes. We offer self-pay wellness panels, titers, and diagnostic tests.
Most bloodwork returns in 2–4 business days, depending on the test and lab volume.
Yes. We follow strict confidentiality and privacy standards. Test results are released only to authorized parties in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Available onsite services may include:
Drug and alcohol testing
Breath alcohol testing
DNA collections
TB and occupational health testing
Employer group testing
Availability may vary by location and service type.

Payments, Insurance & Policies
We accept self-pay and approved employer billing arrangements. Accepted payment methods include cash, debit cards, credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and employer invoicing. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been approved.
Refund Policy
Workforce Pro Lab Screening is committed to providing professional specimen collection and laboratory testing services. Due to the nature of these services, the following refund policy applies:
All laboratory testing fees are non-refundable once a specimen has been collected, processed, or sent to the laboratory.
No refunds are issued for completed or partially completed services, including specimen collection, testing, or administrative processing.
If payment is made and the client does not present for their appointment or walk-in service, fees may be forfeited.
Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate payment or billing error, at the discretion of Workforce Pro Lab Screening.
Mobile service fees, after-hours fees, and administrative fees are non-refundable once services are scheduled or rendered.
By scheduling an appointment or receiving services, clients acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
